Pay: 50,000.00 (PKR)-70,000.00 (PKR) per month

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s social media strategy, manage online presence, and engage with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a track record of developing successful social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to the company’s website.
• Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
• Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to improve strategies.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the cosmetic or beauty industry.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Graphic design skills or experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
