Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and manage multiple brand accounts effectively. This role requires someone who understands content planning, platform strategy, and day-to-day account management at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand goals, audience, and industry
  • Create annual, quarterly, or monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and seasonal trends
  • Manage and optimize content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
  • Oversee content creation, scheduling, approvals, and publishing for 6–7 social media accounts
  • Collaborate with creatives and copywriters to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and monitor brand sentiment
  • Manage paid social campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients with insights and recommendations
  • Act as the primary social media contact for assigned clients

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing/creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and emerging trends.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-platform strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Skilled in using tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of paid advertising strategy and campaign execution.
  • Strong creative sensibility with an eye for visual content and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
