Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our clients’ social media presence. You’ll be responsible for content planning, posting, engagement, and basic performance tracking across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing managers for content execution
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and basic ad copy
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and prepare reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
• Assist in campaign planning, launches, and promotions
• Ensure brand tone and visual consistency across all accounts

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience handling social media accounts (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
• Basic knowledge of content calendars, analytics, and scheduling tools
• Good communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later
• Basic knowledge of paid social ads
• Familiarity with Canva or working alongside design teams
• Experience handling local or brand-focused campaigns
