Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all digital platforms. This role involves creating high-quality content, monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, video) on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, including algorithm changes and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to create campaigns and promotional content.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and online communities.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and style are consistent across all social media platforms.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, analytics, and advertising tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to produce engaging content.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
