Social Media Manager

About the Role

iappTechnologies is looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and execute our social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing impactful strategies, driving engagement, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility across digital platforms.

This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Set measurable objectives for reach, engagement, lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
  • Identify growth opportunities across social platforms.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, reels, stories, etc.) tailored to platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign execution.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging guidelines.

Campaign Development

  • Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Drive website traffic, product awareness, event promotions, and conversion-focused initiatives.
  • Manage paid ads budgets and optimize campaign performance.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and nurture a strong online community.
  • Manage social sentiment and escalate issues when necessary.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, CTR, conversions, follower growth, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, content writers, product teams, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives such as events, newsletters, promotions, and product launches.

Influencer & Partnership Outreach

  • Identify and manage influencer collaborations and strategic partnerships.
  • Build relationships with industry advocates and brand ambassadors.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms.
  • Experiment with new content formats and tools to improve engagement.

Tools & Platforms

  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other reporting dashboards.

Brand Reputation & Crisis Management

  • Protect and strengthen the company’s brand reputation across social channels.
  • Develop response strategies for negative feedback or crisis situations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of paid social advertising.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B / Technology industry.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Basic design or video editing skills.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
