Workplace Type: Remote (Might have to come to the office when necessary)

Office Location is Khayaban e Amin near Valencia Town Defence Rd, Lahore.

Post Scheduling: Schedule posts using social media management tools for optimal timing and reach.
Monitor post performance and adjust scheduling strategies accordingly.

Customer Engagement: Actively engage with our audience by responding to direct messages, comments, and queries in a timely and personalized manner.

Multi-Platform Posting: Create and adapt content for different social media platforms, understanding the unique nuances of each platform.

Marketing Strategies: Implement targeted marketing strategies, including ad boosting and promotions, to reach specific audiences and maximize engagement.

Develop initiatives to increase overall page interactivity, such as polls, contests, and live sessions.
Stay informed about social media trends and implement innovative approaches to enhance engagement.

Content Calendar Creation: Develop and maintain a content calendar outlining strategic themes, campaigns, and day-to-day posts across various social media platforms.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and current trends.

Creative Content Management: Reviewing and finalizing all graphic content to maintain high-quality standards before it goes live. Additionally, you will serve as a key point of contact by managing WhatsApp groups with clients, fostering professional relationships through timely updates and responsive communication.

Qualification

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies, including ad boosting, target audience analysis, and analytics reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
