Social Media Manager

A Social Media Manager (SMM) is a professional responsible for managing, implementing, and monitoring a brand's, company's, or individual's online presence across social platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. They create content, engage with audiences, analyze performance data, and develop strategies to improve brand reputation and reach.

Key Responsibilities and Roles:

  • Content Creation & Scheduling: Designing graphics, writing captions, producing videos, and scheduling posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Audience Interaction (Community Management): Monitoring, responding to comments, and engaging with followers to build brand loyalty.
  • Strategy & Planning: Developing social media strategies that align with business goals (e.g., increasing sales, brand awareness).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Using tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing data to adjust strategies.
  • Reputation Management: Protecting and enhancing the digital reputation of the brand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
