Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative, data‑driven Social Media Manager to own our client's social presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and additional emerging channels. This person will plan, create, publish, and manage content, as well as engage with our online community to grow brand awareness and drive measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a cohesive social media content strategy across all major platforms.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts using tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling platforms.
  • Create high‑quality, on‑brand assets including reels, short‑form video, static posts, and stories.
  • Write compelling captions tailored to each platform’s tone, trends, and best practices.
  • Monitor all channels daily and manage community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Track performance metrics, pull analytics, and provide recommendations to optimize content.
  • Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, leadership) to align content with business goals and campaigns.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of social media management experience (agency or in‑house).
  • Hands‑on experience with Sprout Social or equivalent scheduling/analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing skills with an ability to match voice, tone, and brand guidelines.
  • Proven ability to grow engagement and manage active online communities.
  • Familiarity with social analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking.
  • Experience in graphic design or basic video editing (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.).
