Social Media Manager

We are recruiting a Social Media Manager for our company based in Dubai, Nenen MEA DMCC (www.nenen.ae), which is part of the Ridhaa Group (www.ridhaagroup.com).

Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Content Creator / Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in creating engaging digital content for social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.

As part of your role, you will progressively manage up to a maximum of 15 to 16 active client accounts. Graphic visuals are produced by our team of designers, while your primary role will be to write the content and manage the activity of the accounts.

Each client requires on average 8 posts per month. All accounts are active simultaneously, but this does not mean you will need to manage them all at the same time on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for writing the social media copy for the clients assigned to you. Your role will also include community management (responding to comments and messages at least 2 to 3 times per day from Monday to Friday), as well as coordinating with our English-speaking graphic design team.

To do this, you will need to provide them with clear briefs in English, along with references, examples, and inspiration to guide them in the creation of visuals and animations.

Main Responsibilities

• Write and publish relevant and engaging content for our clients’ social media platforms.
• Develop social media communication strategies aligned with the clients’ marketing objectives.
• Analyze post performance and propose optimizations.
• Manage comments and messages at least twice per day.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency in campaigns.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.

Availability and Organization
Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 (Dubai time) with a 1-hour break.
Weekends off.
English required (spoken and written).

Additional Details

Profile Required

• Native French speaker
• Written and spoken English
• Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally in an international environment.
• Excellent writing and creative skills in French.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and performance measurement tools.
• Knowledge of trends and best practices across social media platforms.

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential, as all communication with the graphic design team is conducted in English, including regular video meetings.

Salary and Conditions
Monthly salary: 6,000 to 6,500 AED (non-negotiable and depending on experience).
This amount corresponds to the total salary paid at the end of each month into your bank account.

Working days: Monday to Friday.
Saturday and Sunday: off.

Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 (Dubai time), including a one-hour break.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN UAE WORK / RESIDENCE VISA.
