Are you a creative, organized, and social media-savvy professional looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic pediatric dental and orthodontic office? We are seeking a Social Media/Marketing Manager to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with a passion for content creation and social media marketing while also being open to learning and performing administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Manager Duties:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create engaging content, including text, images, and video posts, for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Use Canva and CapCut to design eye-catching graphics and edit video content.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive online community.
  • Coordinate with the team to promote office events, patient testimonials, and special promotions.

Administrative Duties (On-the-Job Training Provided):

  • Schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
  • Communicate with patients via phone, email, and text.
  • Check patients in and out for their appointments.
  • Assist with general front desk responsibilities and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and graphic design.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn administrative duties related to patient scheduling and communication.
  • A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
