THE ROLE

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and driven Social Media Manager to join our Karachi team. In this role, you'll be the creative force behind multiple client accounts - crafting content strategies, designing eye-catching visuals, and building genuine organic growth. This is a full-time, on-site role for the evening shift. We are not looking for hybrid or remote applicants.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.) for multiple clients simultaneously

- Develop and execute tailored content strategies aligned with each client's brand voice and business goals

- Create high-quality graphic design assets for posts, stories, reels, and campaigns

- Drive organic growth through community engagement, trend-spotting, hashtag strategy, and platform-native content

- Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting

- Monitor account performance and produce regular analytics reports with actionable insights

- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling content

- Engage with audiences - responding to comments, DMs, and building community around each brand

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment

- Strong graphic design skills with hands-on proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva

- A demonstrated track record of growing accounts organically

- Deep understanding of each major social media platform's algorithm, culture, and best practices

- Exceptional attention to detail - in copy, design, and strategy

- Strong written communication skills in English

- Ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping the ball

- A self-starter attitude with lots of creative energy

BONUS POINTS

- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) -- not mandatory, but a big plus

- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
