Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Ads Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about social media marketing and eager to build a career in paid advertising.

You will be responsible for assisting in managing and optimizing ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Monitor ad performance and prepare basic reports
• Support in audience targeting and campaign setup
• Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives
• Ensure ads follow platform policies and guidelines
• Stay updated with latest trends in digital marketing

Requirements

• Fresher or 0–1 year experience in digital marketing
• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Interest in paid advertising (Meta Ads preferred)
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Basic understanding of Canva or design tools
• Familiarity with marketing concepts
