We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can elevate our brand presence while also supporting social media efforts for our US-based clients.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. In this dual-focused role, you will manage EZ MD Solutions' own social media presence as well as handle social media and paid advertising for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate brings agency-level thinking, hands-on paid ads experience, and a strong understanding of the US healthcare and professional services market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end social media strategy and execution for EZ MD Solutions and US-based clients across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Plan, launch, and scale paid social campaigns including audience segmentation, A/B testing, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion optimization.
- Manage and allocate ad budgets across multiple accounts with a focus on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Build performance dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly reports covering reach, engagement rate, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and funnel metrics.
- Develop thumb-stopping ad creatives and high-converting copy in collaboration with the design team including static ads, carousels, reels, and video content.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market benchmarking specific to the US healthcare and professional services sector.
- Manage content calendars, scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and community engagement across all platforms.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, Meta Business Suite changes, LinkedIn Campaign Manager features, and platform policy shifts.
- Identify growth hacking opportunities and emerging channels to expand digital footprint.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Paid Social Specialist agency background strongly preferred.
- Mandatory hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Experience running ads targeting the US market, including familiarity with US audience behavior, compliance considerations, and budget structures.
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms, platform-specific strategies, and content best practices.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other platform ad systems.
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategy improvements.
- Familiarity with the healthcare or medical services industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are comfortable working across a US client calendar.
- Creative mindset with sharp attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
