Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our in-house team in Islamabad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' social media presence across multiple platforms. You will create compelling content, engage with audiences, analyze performance metrics, and drive growth through organic and paid social strategies. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand guidelines
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (graphics, captions, reels, stories) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
• Manage and grow social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visual and written assets
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep strategies fresh and competitive
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) using analytics tools
• Run and manage paid social media ad campaigns and coordinate with the paid media team
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure timely delivery across all accounts
• Conduct audience research and use insights to continuously optimize content performance
• Support client communication and provide regular social media performance updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or clients (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and content best practices
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reading social media insights and ad reports
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter with a proactive, creative, and results-driven attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations

Compensation & Benefits

Probation Period: 3 Months

Probation Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000/month (based on experience)

Post-Probation Salary: Competitive, based on performance review

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, Onsite (Islamabad)

Leave Policy: As per company HR policy
