- 4+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Experience working in a marketing agency (preferred).
- Proficient in content creation (graphics, video, and copy).
- Strong experience with Google Ads (proficient).
- Strong experience with Facebook Ads (proficient).
- Highly responsible and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proof required: Be prepared to provide evidence of ad spend and campaign results at the time of the interview, including detailed metrics on ad performance.
- Strong understanding of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Basic SEO knowledge is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging, high-quality content for social media, including graphics, videos, and copy.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze, report on, and optimize ad campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and tools in social media and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
