CabCall Experts is a fast-growing company in the transportation and customer support industry, focused on delivering high-quality call center and dispatch solutions. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to lead and scale our online platforms.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of CabCall Experts’ social media strategy, execution, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid advertising, content planning, and analytics, with a proven ability to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow CabCall Experts’ social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with brand goals
• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, conversions, and engagement
• Analyze insights and generate performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Social Media Manager role
• Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience targeting
• Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking
• Excellent communication and content creation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in service-based or transportation industry marketing
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
