Job Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, reels, captions)
• Showcase completed projects, before-and-after transformations, and client testimonials
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports
• Stay updated with social media trends and recommend new strategies

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong content creation skills (photo/video editing is a plus)
• Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction, home improvement, or related industry
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns
