Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Manager based in Bradenton, FL. As Social Media Manager, you will lead our global social media strategy and drive brand engagement across multiple platforms and more than 45 markets worldwide

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the development and execution of a social media strategy
• Lead and mentor your team of social media and content creation professionals
• Guide country teams to align with global goals and compliance while staying relevant to local audiences.
• Leverage trends, ambassadors, and platform opportunities to boost reach and virality.
• Manage content planning, publishing, paid campaigns, and community engagement.
• Present key results, insights, and strategic updates in meetings with the CEO and Management Board
• Join company events and travel incentives to maximize social media impact

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree either in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar
• · 5–7 years of experience in working with Social Media, ideally within a creative or digital agency, or a global consumer brand
• In-depth understanding of Social Media channels and algorithms e.g. Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Linked In
• Track record in growing large-scale social audiences and creating viral content
• Great analytical knowledge and hands-on experience with social media analytics and management tools ((e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Asana)
• Strong understanding of content strategy, community management, and paid social advertising.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Other languages are considered as an advantage.
• Management experience is a plus
• Open to Business Travels upon agreement

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
