Job Summary
ShowSiren is a new concert-tracking platform built to make sure fans never miss a ticket drop again. We’re looking for a creative, scrappy Social Media & Growth Content Manager who can help us build buzz, grow our audience, and drive signups. This is an early-stage role — you’ll be the voice and face of ShowSiren online, creating content, experimenting with growth ideas, and helping us go viral. If you love live music, social media trends, and the idea of growing a startup from the ground up, this is your stage.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X that highlights ShowSiren’s features and music culture.
- Produce short “how-to” videos, walkthroughs, and tutorials that show fans how to use ShowSiren to track artists, get reminders, and invite friends.
- Monitor and engage with our community — respond to comments, share fan stories, and spark conversations.
- Launch buzz-driving campaigns (challenges, countdowns, contests, etc.) to encourage sharing and referrals.
- Collaborate with micro-influencers and fan communities to spread awareness organically.
- Track performance using native platform analytics (TikTok, IG, YouTube) and adjust strategy based on what’s working.
- Work closely with the founders to shape ShowSiren’s online voice and growth playbook.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (internships and freelance work count).
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — you know how to create content that performs.
- Hands-on video creation and editing skills (comfortable with tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar).
- Familiar with using social media analytics dashboards to learn what content drives engagement, traffic, and signups.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Must be based in the U.S. (all of our concerts and users are U.S.-focused).
- Available for consistent part-time or full-time work; responsive to feedback and able to work independently.
Desired (Nice to Have)
- Passion for live music, concerts, and fan culture.
- Exposure to running small-budget ad campaigns (TikTok/IG/Google).
- Familiarity with influencer outreach and partnerships.
- Basic understanding of referral mechanics, SEO, or growth loops.
- Startup or early-stage experience — comfortable wearing many hats.
