Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across all digital platforms. This role involves planning campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated with current trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Manage and oversee daily social media activities on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to produce engaging content.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Experience with content planning and paid ad management preferred.

- Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos and reels.
- Write compelling captions, copy, and storytelling content.
- Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams for campaign planning.
- Stay up-to-date with content trends, formats, and digital storytelling techniques.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content.
- Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific algorithms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / CapCut / Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent photography, videography, and editing skills.
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
