Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We’re hiring a Social Media Content Creator to join our in-house team and help shape the visual direction of our brand through high-quality, social-first content.

This role is for someone who understands both creative storytelling and platform strategy. Not just editing videos, but building content that performs and feels aligned with a strong brand identity.

You’ll work closely with our team to:

• Develop and refine our brand book and visual direction
• Ideate, film, and edit short-form content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Stories
• Capture in-shop content
• Help plan and execute content shoot days
• Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with brand goals and culture

We’re looking for someone with strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of what makes content engaging in today’s social landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, or video editing
• Strong editing skills
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut required)
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva
• Motion graphics experience (After Effects or Blender is a plus)
• Strong understanding of short-form content trends, hooks, and platform differences
• Ability to film and edit content independently
• Strong portfolio showcasing Reels/TikTok-style video work
