We need an organized and proactive Project Manager to act as the bridge between our clients and our internal team.

We are seeking a strategic Social Media Manager to grow our online presence and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and manage client requirements and expectations.
• Translate client needs into clear tasks for the design and marketing teams.
• Oversee project timelines, workflows, and deliverables.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy for our e-commerce brands and service offerings.
• Create engaging content to drive growth, traffic, and lead generation.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a way that aligns with our brand.
• Analyze key metrics and report on social media performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing social media for e-commerce or service-based businesses.
• A data-driven approach to growth and engagement.
• Knowledge of social media advertising is a plus.
