About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager + Client Communication Executive to join our team. This role blends social media strategy and execution with client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling multiple social media platforms, managing campaigns, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Develop, implement, and manage content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and schedule posts, stories, reels, and campaigns using appropriate tools
- Monitor performance analytics and optimize strategies for engagement and growth
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates
- Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable creative briefs
- Share performance reports, updates, and strategy suggestions
- Maintain strong client relationships with timely responses and professional communication
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and client servicing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, etc.)
- Basic design and content knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent tools preferred)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote setup
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
