About the Company:
CreditCare Credit Management LLC is a professional financial services company based in Dubai that provides credit management, debt settlement support, and financial advisory solutions. We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager / Content Creator to build and manage our online platforms.

Job Overview:
The Social Media Manager / Content Creator will be responsible for handling the complete digital presence of the company. This includes planning, creating, and posting content across all social media platforms, as well as updating the company website with relevant posts, articles, and announcements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and develop a monthly social media content calendar
• Create engaging and informative content related to credit management, financial awareness, and company services
• Design posts, banners, and graphics using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms
• Record, edit, and publish short-form video content such as reels and promotional videos
• Capture photos and videos during company activities, meetings, or campaigns
• Write captions, hashtags, and marketing messages for social media posts
• Upload blogs, articles, service updates, and announcements on the company website
• Ensure consistent brand voice and visual style across all digital platforms
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries on social media platforms
• Monitor trends and suggest creative content ideas to increase audience engagement
• Analyze social media performance and prepare simple reports on reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Work closely with management to promote campaigns, offers, and new services

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and how they work
• Experience with design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software
• Basic understanding of website posting or content management systems (WordPress or similar)
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas regularly
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable appearing in or directing short promotional videos if required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with financial, consulting, or service-based companies
• Photography or videography skills
• Knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads / Google Ads) is an advantage
• Understanding of UAE market trends and social media audiences
