About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to help build and grow a personal brand and community centered around cryptocurrency education, trading, and Web3 culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, community engagement, and the ability to create eye-catching content using Canva and CapCut.

You’ll be responsible for managing and growing our presence across Instagram, YouTube, and Discord, developing engaging content strategies, and fostering an active, loyal crypto community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the brand’s crypto-focused goals.
• Create visually engaging posts, reels, and stories using Canva and CapCut.
• Manage daily posting schedules and optimize content performance across platforms.
• Engage and grow our Discord community — organize discussions, activities, and AMAs.
• Stay up to date with the latest crypto trends, memes, and market news to ensure timely and relevant content.
• Monitor analytics and provide insights on community engagement and content performance.
• Collaborate on campaign ideas to promote Discord growth, YouTube content, and audience interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Canva (graphic design) and CapCut (video editing).
• Strong understanding of Discord community management.
• Excellent grasp of social media algorithms and trends, especially in the crypto niche.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Passion for crypto, blockchain, and digital finance.
• Basic knowledge of crypto terminology, trading, or NFTs is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to new tools or trends quickly.

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of experience managing or creating social media content (crypto or tech niche preferred).
• Experience running and moderating Discord communities.
• Understanding of YouTube Shorts, Reels, and meme-style content in the crypto space.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
