As we expand our digital presence across regions, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager from India to join our growing international marketing team.

Position Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing EBEP’s online presence, creating engaging content, and driving audience growth across all platforms — including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
You’ll have the freedom to design, create, and innovate — shaping the voice and visual identity of EBEP in the digital world.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase visibility, followers, and engagement.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging posts, videos, reels, and stories across platforms.
• Manage and grow EBEP’s YouTube channel by boosting views, subscribers, and audience retention.
• Write clear, informative, and appealing articles and blog posts aligned with our academic and global education themes.
• Design attractive graphics, posters, and banners for online campaigns, events, and announcements.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports with growth insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with our international marketing team to ensure brand consistency and campaign success.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design.
• Strong command of English (writing and communication).
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and SEO basics.
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and bring new ideas.
