Role Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice of Tech Emulsion online. You’ll craft compelling content, manage campaigns, and grow our digital audience, directly influencing brand visibility, inbound leads, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos tailored to each platform.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with design and tech teams to produce high-quality visuals and case studies.
Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Build and nurture online communities around Tech Emulsion’s brand.
- Engage with founders, startups, and tech communities to amplify visibility.
Analytics & Growth
- Track KPIs, follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and conversions.
- Analyze performance data and refine strategies for maximum impact.
- Research emerging trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies.
Campaigns & Branding
- Plan and run paid social media campaigns to boost reach and lead generation.
- Collaborate with leadership to launch product updates, success stories, and newsletters.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
Process & Documentation
- Maintain SOPs for content creation, posting, and reporting.
- Ensure all campaigns are documented for performance reviews.
- Suggest new tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, CapCut) to scale efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in social media management or digital marketing.
- Skills:
- Strong content creation and storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in social media tools and analytics.
- Excellent written & verbal communication (English proficiency required).
- Graphic design/video editing skills are a plus.
