Social Media Manager (focused on organic growth)

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager who can grow our brand organically. The ideal candidate should focus on increasing organic reach, engagement, and likes without relying heavily on paid ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies for organic growth
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions)
• Increase organic likes, followers, and engagement
• Manage daily posting on platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Analyze trends and create viral content strategies
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interaction
• Use hashtags and SEO strategies for better reach
• Track performance (reach, engagement, likes) and improve strategy
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of organic social media growth strategies
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
• Knowledge of content creation (reels, short videos, posts)
• Creative thinking and trend awareness
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite
• Understanding of analytics and insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in growing pages organically
• Portfolio showing increased engagement/likes
• Good communication and content writing skills
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, etc.)

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Above: 3 years (Preferred)
