Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and experienced in managing multiple brands simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and influencers for content creation.
• Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries.
• Monitor trends and competitors to ensure content stays relevant.
• Plan and oversee paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
• Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social campaigns with promotions and launches.
• Manage influencer collaborations, from shortlisting to reporting ROI.
• Update and maintain Google My Business profiles.
• Support email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management (agency or retail preferred).
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and influencer marketing.
• Proficiency in using social media scheduling & analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Creativity with an eye for design and trends.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
