Social Media Manager (In Person -Creative Studio)

We’re looking for a talented, hands-on Social Media Manager to join our creative team at The Marketing Muse 360. This is a contractor position designed for someone who lives and breathes social media strategy, trends, and storytelling—and wants to help our clients grow their brands across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies that drive measurable results across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Build engagement and leads through Facebook groups, Instagram collaborations, and LinkedIn visibility strategies.
• Manage up to 5–6 client accounts each month with consistency, creativity, and accountability.
• Plan, create, and post daily content including captions, images, and short-form videos.
• Edit videos, images, and other creative assets in Canva and other design tools.
• Create trending Reels, TikToks, and story content that connects with audiences and converts.
• Collaborate with our creative and branding team in person to brainstorm campaigns, plan shoots, and refine content direction.
• Track analytics and suggest optimizations to improve reach, engagement, and client ROI.

What We’re Looking For

• A creative strategist who understands both aesthetics and analytics.
• Skilled in Canva, CapCut (or similar), and social media scheduling tools.(HeyOrca)
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands and maintain a consistent voice for each.
• Understanding of storytelling, hooks, and calls-to-action that drive results.
• Collaborative energy and willingness to work on-site in a creative studio environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Compensation:

• $250–$1,000 per client, per month based on scope and deliverables.
• Contractor position with potential to grow into a full-time team role in 2026 as we expand.
