We are looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and strengthen our brand identity across platforms.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to grow our online community, increase engagement, and drive sales. This role requires creativity, hands-on design skills (especially in Canva), and the ability to manage photo/video shoots tailored for kidswear.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create visually engaging posts, stories, and reels using Canva and other creative tools.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage photo/video shoots for seasonal campaigns, new arrivals, and lookbooks (experience with children’s wear preferred).
• Work closely with photographers, stylists, and models to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Manage posting schedules, captions, and engagement (comments, DMs, community building).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with promotions, campaigns, and sales targets.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and report results regularly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally in fashion/retail.
• Strong skills in Canva (must be able to create engaging, brand-consistent posts).
• Experience handling shoots for fashion/kidswear (from concept to execution).
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
• Basic photography/videography and editing knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
