Location: DHA Phase 1, Lahore (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 80,000

Experience Required: 3+ Years

About The Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven LinkedIn Growth & Brand Strategist to build, scale, and optimize strong personal and company brands on LinkedIn. This role is perfect for someone who understands LinkedIns algorithm, organic growth strategies, and content marketing for B2B lead generation. You will be responsible for turning LinkedIn profiles into powerful branding and lead-generation assets.

If you have experience in LinkedIn profile optimization, content strategy, organic growth, and B2B audience engagement, this is an excellent opportunity to make a strong impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles (headline, banner, summary, experience, and featured sections) for maximum visibility and conversion
  • Create and execute a high-performing LinkedIn content strategy aligned with branding and business goals
  • Write and publish engaging posts focused on brand authority, storytelling, and organic lead generation
  • Grow profile reach, followers, and engagement organically
  • Identify, target, and engage with decision-makers, founders, and professionals in relevant industries
  • Support lead generation through content, strategic commenting, DMs, and networking
  • Track and analyze LinkedIn performance metrics and optimize strategy accordingly
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, features, and algorithm changes
  • Build strong personal and corporate brand positioning on LinkedIn


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in LinkedIn growth, personal branding, or content strategy
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithm and organic growth techniques
  • Experience with B2B marketing and LinkedIn lead generation
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and growth tools
  • Ability to write content that drives engagement, authority, and inbound leads
  • Strong strategic thinking and performance-driven mindset


Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

  • Experience managing personal brands for founders, CEOs, or businesses
  • Knowledge of SaaS, marketing agencies, or service-based business branding
  • Experience with content calendars and brand positioning frameworks
  • Understanding of audience psychology and conversion-driven writing
