Social Media Manager (Onsite – Night Shift)

We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Manager to handle our day-to-day social presence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with intermediate experience who wants to grow, learn, and build a strong career in social media management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage company accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Ensure consistent brand voice and presence

2. Content Creation & Posting

• Create and publish basic content (posts, captions, simple creatives)
• Maintain a structured and consistent posting schedule
• Follow content calendars and posting timelines

3. Engagement & Communication

• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally
• Engage with audience to build community and trust

4. Performance Monitoring

• Track basic metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Share simple performance insights and suggestions

5. Trend Awareness

• Use relevant hashtags and follow current trends
• Suggest ideas to improve visibility and engagement

6. Team Coordination

• Coordinate with internal team for content ideas and updates
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns and posts

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management
• Basic understanding of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Good communication and writing skills
• Creative mindset for simple content creation
• Responsible, consistent, and deadline-oriented
• Ability to work onsite during night shift

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
