Part-Time, Las Vegas/Henderson

Local candidates only — must live in Las Vegas or Henderson and be available 3 to 4 hours per month to film on-site at dance classes, rehearsals, and performances.

DreamBird Dance is seeking a creative, experienced Social Media Manager to help grow and elevate our brand across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

DreamBird is a unique dance community and performance group for women 40+ in Las Vegas. We are growing quickly and looking for someone who can bring fresh creativity, strategy, and consistency to our social media presence.

This is a part-time position (4–5 hours per week to start) with the opportunity to grow into a larger role as the business expands.

Responsibilities

• Create dynamic, engaging Reels using CapCut that are exciting, unique, and visually compelling
• Film content on-site at dance practices, classes, and performances
• Create and maintain a weekly social media posting cadence
• Produce and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Ensure all content aligns with a premium brand look and feel
• Write captions and copy for posts and reels
• Schedule posts and manage publishing
• Create and manage Facebook / Meta advertising campaigns
• Create social media events for performances and classes
• Provide weekly analytics reports and growth recommendations
• Identify opportunities to increase followers, engagement, and new clients
• Maintain excellent attention to detail — checking copy, captions, tags, and scheduling accuracy

Requirements

• Must be local to Las Vegas or Henderson
• Strong experience creating Reels and short-form video content in CapCut
• Minimum 5 years experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts
• Experience running Meta / Facebook Ads
• Comfortable filming content on-site
• Strong creative instincts for social media storytelling
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Must be reliable and consistent with weekly posting schedules
• Must take ownership and treat the brand with care and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or interest in dance, arts, or entertainment
• Experience growing social media accounts
• Experience working with lifestyle, entertainment, or event brands

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time: 4–5 hours per week to start
• Opportunity for additional hours as the brand grow
• Work must be completed during business hours between 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Occasional evening availability required for filming practices or performances.
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
