About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in building strong brand identities, managing multiple social media channels, running ad campaigns, and creating content that drives engagement, awareness, and leads.
This role requires a mix of creativity and analytics — someone who can conceptualize campaigns, manage content calendars, engage followers, and report performance metrics to continually improve our brand’s digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and brand identity.
 - Manage day-to-day operations of all company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.).
 - Create, curate, and schedule high-quality posts, stories, reels, and videos to boost engagement and visibility.
 - Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
 - Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral topics to develop creative and timely campaigns.
 - Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, followers, and conversions.
 - Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation.
 - Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) using analytics tools.
 - Coordinate influencer and partnership collaborations for brand promotions.
 - Stay updated with latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates.

 - Strong portfolio demonstrating brand growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
 - Experience with video content, influencer marketing, and paid campaigns.
 - Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills.
 - Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
