Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager (with SEO and Paid Ads expertise) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong organic presence while also planning and executing effective paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms.

* Create and curate SEO-optimized content (images, videos, captions).

* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).

* Monitor trends, tools, and algorithms to maximize performance.

* Maintain a content calendar for consistent posting.

* Collaborate with teams on creative visuals.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media Sciences, or related.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management & paid ads.

* Strong understanding of SEO and analytics tools (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).

* Creative mindset with strong design sense; proficiency in Canva would be a plus.
