Social Media Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy — Develop social media strategies tailored to the fit‑out and interior design market, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and project showcasing.
  • Project Showcasing — Create high‑quality posts, reels, and videos highlighting completed projects, before‑after transformations, site progress, and design concepts.
  • Client & Designer Collaboration — Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams to gather content, photos, and updates.
  • Content Calendar — Plan and schedule monthly content aligned with project timelines, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Community Engagement — Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages; nurture leads and direct them to the sales team.
  • Paid Campaigns — Run targeted ads on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google to attract corporate clients, homeowners, and contractors.
  • Brand Positioning — Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms, ensuring premium and professional presentation.
  • Trend & Competitor Analysis — Monitor design trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content relevant.
  • Influencer & Partner Coordination — Collaborate with architects, designers, and lifestyle influencers when beneficial.
  • Reporting — Track KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of interior design and fit‑out industry content (materials, finishes, joinery, site work).
  • Ability to create visually appealing content using Canva, Adobe Suite, or mobile editing tools.
  • Excellent copywriting tailored to design, luxury, and construction audiences.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of lead generation funnels for B2B and B2C clients.
  • Strong photography and videography sense (even if using mobile).
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Insights, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work with site teams and designers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or construction.
  • Portfolio of previous work (reels, posts, campaigns) is required.
  • Experience in UAE/GCC markets is a strong advantage.
