Job Title: Social Media Marketing & Reels Content Creator (AI-Savvy)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Marketing Specialist who can create, design, and produce high-quality Reels and short-form videos, with a strong understanding of AI design tools. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with technology to produce engaging, trend-driven content at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content strategy
• Create, shoot, and edit Reels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Use AI tools to generate and enhance content (images, videos, captions)
• Design visually appealing content (covers, thumbnails, posts)
• Stay on top of trends and adapt viral formats quickly
• Write strong hooks, captions, and storytelling scripts
• Manage posting schedule and engagement
• Analyze performance and optimize content

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing or similar role
• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
• Proven experience in creating and editing Reels / short-form videos
• Familiarity with design tools (CapCut , Canva, ..)
• Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling
• Ability to produce content quickly and consistently
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic & English content creation
• Experience with UGC or influencer-style content
