Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

The Cru Clinic is seeking a highly organized, proactive Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute our day-to-day marketing and social media efforts. This role is essential in maintaining a consistent, professional brand presence and supporting marketing initiatives that drive patient growth.

This is an execution-focused position for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Position Overview

The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media content, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with leadership to bring marketing ideas to life and ensure campaigns are implemented efficiently and consistently.

Experience with advertising platforms is a plus, but the primary focus of this role is organization, content execution, and marketing coordination. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys organization, structure, and turning ideas into completed projects — not just creating posts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars
  • Create and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Design social media graphics and promotional materials
  • Prepare advertising creatives that meet Meta and Google platform guidelines
  • Capture and edit photo and video content in clinic
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement professionally
  • Collaborate with leadership on promotions, launches, and events
  • Assist with promotions, launches, and clinic events
  • Track marketing tasks and ensure campaigns stay on schedule
  • Stay current with social media trends and platform updates

Qualifications

  • Experience managing business social media accounts
  • Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Comfortable capturing photo/video content
  • Professional communication skills
  • Familiarity with Meta or Google advertising platforms preferred but not required

Schedule

  • Primarily daytime hours (Monday–Friday)
  • No weekends or major holidays
  • Occasional evening hours during clinic events
