Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost engagement and brand visibility.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with branding guidelines and marketing campaigns.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for efficient social media management, scheduling posts, monitoring activity, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content creation and engagement tactics.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI while optimizing ad performance through targeted keyword research.
- Collaborate with the design team using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
- Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness, track engagement metrics, and refine strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster strong relationship management.
- Support public relations efforts by coordinating media outreach, press releases, and community events that enhance brand reputation.
- Assist in e-commerce initiatives by creating promotional content that drives online sales and enhances user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring online conversations.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices along with keyword research techniques to improve content visibility.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns along with understanding of digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance effectively.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
