Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development:Create and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Content Creation:Develop, schedule, and publish engaging text, graphics, and video content across platforms.
- Community Engagement:Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community interaction and growth.
- Trend Monitoring:Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Analytics and Reporting:Analyze social media data and KPIs to track performance, identify weaknesses, and suggest improvements.
- Collaboration:Work with copywriters, designers, and other marketing experts to create cross-channel content.
- Campaign Management:Develop and manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns for product launches and events.
- Brand Consistency:Ensure all content and activities align with the company's brand identity and values.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Creativity and ability to multitask.
- Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and customer-focused.
- Experience with content creation and editing, including digital video.
