Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand’s online presence across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, highly organized, and capable of developing compelling content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging platforms (e.g., Threads, TikTok).
• Plan and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels, etc.) that aligns with marketing campaigns, brand messaging, and seasonal trends.
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community to build strong relationships.
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, platform updates, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign alignment.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Canva, Meta Business Suite).
• Solid understanding of social media KPIs and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, email marketing, or content marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) or basic video editing.
