We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, and help our brand connect with audiences across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, etc.) with a consistent brand identity and tone.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and post creative content — including photos, videos, reels, and stories — to increase engagement and reach.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera for short-form video content (such as reels and stories) to represent the brand authentically.
• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and marketing goals.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral challenges, and meme culture to keep Sunday Bazar’s presence fun and relevant.
• Write catchy captions, hashtags, and creative ideas tailored for each platform.
• Manage influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns to expand brand visibility.
• Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and recommend strategies for better engagement.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a lively online community.
• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency across all visuals and messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other major social media platforms.
• Must be confident in front of the camera and able to contribute to engaging video content.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Creative, proactive, and trend-aware personality with strong attention to detail.
