Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably within fast-food, restaurants, or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) and good understanding of video content creation.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the restaurant’s social media strategy across major platforms.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, promotions).
• Handle customer messages, inquiries, and online reviews.
• Plan and support promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
• Monitor competitors and trends to improve brand visibility.
• Manage paid ads and track campaign performance.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and produce creative content.
