Social Media & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Sowears is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will assist in social media management, influencer collaborations, event coordination, store branding, and marketing operations. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about marketing, highly organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Support influencer marketing, PR activities, and brand collaborations.
• Manage and update social media accounts to enhance brand visibility.
• Assist in Sowears store branding activities in malls.
• Coordinate events and promotional activities to support marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Assist in the production of marketing materials.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team.
• Assist in additional administrative or event-related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a marketing role or internship preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
• Skilled in Canva and CapCut.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
