Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, develop engaging content, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends and capable of executing impactful campaigns across multiple platforms.

Social media executives typically manage accounts, create content, and analyze engagement to improve brand visibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs)
  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Schedule posts and maintain a content calendar
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior
  • Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
  • Respond to comments, messages, and build community engagement
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams
  • Optimize content based on analytics and platform algorithms

Social media roles also include engagement, scheduling, and performance tracking as core responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or relevant field
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing (preferably in IT industry)
  • Hands-on experience with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends
  • Experience in running paid social campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
