Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with a deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Manage Social Media Channels: Oversee and manage our company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, that resonates with our target audience.
• Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community by actively engaging with our followers, responding to comments, and participating in relevant discussions.
• Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to reach a wider audience and drive conversions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the social media landscape.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
