• Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, providing insights for strategy adjustments.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics to manage posts and analyze engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create visually appealing content.
• Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases and engaging with influencers.
• Participate in video editing projects for promotional content and social media campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research to enhance content strategy and improve organic reach.
• Engage in relationship management with followers and respond to inquiries across platforms.
• Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including e-commerce strategies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is preferred.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics for web analytics and performance tracking.
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
