Known for bold flavors, signature dishes, and warm hospitality, we are now looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to take our digital presence to the next level.

Position Overview

We are seeking a 360° Social Media Marketing Specialist with a strong background in restaurant marketing. The ideal candidate will combine creativity and technical expertise to manage all aspects of digital marketing—from content creation to ad optimization—driving engagement, footfall, and brand visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Management
  • Develop engaging, original content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Handle in-house photography & videography of dishes, ambience, and events.
  • Write captions, schedule posts, and manage community interactions.
  • Digital Advertising & Optimization
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Implement SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility.
  • Graphic Design
  • Create visually appealing graphics, reels, stories, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Use design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports.
  • Recommend data-driven strategies to improve ROI.
  • Brand Engagement
  • Work closely with the operations team to plan promotions, influencer collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency of brand tone, visuals, and storytelling across all touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing for restaurants / F&B brands.
  • Strong photography & content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and SEO best practices.
  • Skilled in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
