About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, running paid campaigns, and developing strategies to boost brand awareness and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for growth and lead generation
• Manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
• Create and oversee engaging posts, reels, and campaigns
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
• Analyze performance data and prepare monthly reports
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creative execution
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field
• 1–2 years of proven experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Analytics tools
• Excellent communication, creative, and time management skills
• Experience in education or consultancy industry is a plus
• Ability to lead campaigns and achieve measurable results
